Default Determining bolt size?

I know this is a strange question but I really need help here. I have an after market piece (hood) and the bolts from my old piece don't fit in it's holes well. How can I determine what size bolts to get? The piece is from Taiwan, and there is no calling them to get an answer. lol.

I appreciate any help!

I'd try to find some kind of bolts laying around that are similar to the hole and try to screw it in and see if it'll thread in right.

Was the local boneyard out of your particular year and model? I dought it. You should of bought your hood there. Least you know it is factory Honda OEM original. And your original bolts would fit.
