I have a apexi turbo kit that is AX53B60 P18.
It's a 5 blot flange that looks very similar to T25/T28 turbo but slightly different.

Do you know of any online shops that sell just the flange?

I know scooby guys run IHI turbos but don't have any idea of they are the same flange.

My advice, pass on an IHI turbo. Even a used turbo isnt really worth the money, unless you are replacing a stock/worn out turbo. Im not sure why the Subaru guys upgrade to slightly better IHI turbos, especially when even an archaic 18G is far superior.

 

yeah i bought the apexi turbo kit 7yrs ago, just now getting to putting it on.
but rather than use the cast elbow down pipe I want the FLANGE so I can make my own 2.5" down pipe

 

Pretty sure it's a t25 flange.
