I sent out a p75 to get s300 and vtec installed. I finished build and attepted to start up. will only crank over and not start. swapped ecu's and car starts. Car is obd1 b18c1 turbo build 1000cc injectors. Full race stage 2 on the old hondata/gm 3bar

 

Any CEL with the new ECU? Did the person who installed the S300 upload a calibration, or just install the hardware?

 

My first thought also...u need to upload a decent calibration that will actually start the car, i.e. a base map
