Im done with all 4 sides. im lowering them now. however the right backside when i use the wrench to turn the collar it goes NO WHERE. it wont go down and its very very hard to turn it/.

i lowered the collar on the other 3 wheels with ease. whats wrong?

also the sleeve spins with the spring.. i dont remember if it did that with the other 3

 

loosen the set screw

 

Check to see if it's seized or something, maybe put on some anti seize for next time.
