Icon6 Stock GSR compression ratio + p73 pistons

(00 GSR B18C1 USDM) Hey guy Im trying to find out what a GSR stock compression ratio is, I Search and found 2 different answers. 1 is that ratio is 10.0:1 and some other people say ratio is 10.6:1. So what if I swap out to USDM type-r pistons, What will my compression ratio be on a stock gsr w/ P73 pistons? I found a few different answers so I'm not sure who is right...

you better put some cams in there to and tune. i made the same mistake after i blew my motor. put usdm ITRs in and it made my car SLOWER even after a tune. i was pissed. so i built my head then it helped! but it bumps it to 11:2:1 i believe. its been several years

and btw i have a full bottom end rebuild kit if you need it, if you run standard bore everything

acl bearings, new rings, gaskets, etc all new

So I did some more digging and found out, That b18c1 is 10.00:1 and If I was to instal P73 pistons I would get 11.04:1, Guys dose this sound right to every one? I used http://www.zealautowerks.com/bseries.html

That sounds pretty close. I had jdm itr pistons on mine and it was at 11.6:1 on that site and 11.3:1 on another site. Still for me, the low end and mid end was very noticable for my DD. I killed modified TCs (Scion) on a regular basis with that setup. Now I'm turboed and back at stock compression so that's a another story.

Tune is your friend btw
