EJ6: Will putting Y8 manifold benefit me in anyway? What bulbs for foglight?
Whats up HONDA-TECH...
Ok I have a ek coupe, EJ6, whatever you want to call it... Its a DX model so it has that "fuel economy" intake system with the low throttle body.. I just picked up a Y8 manifold with everything on it..
1st question- will putting the Y8 manifold benefit me in anyway?
2nd question- I have foglights and I dont know the HELL kinda bulbs are in them, can anyone help me out?

yah^ is correct... Dont bother with the sylvannia silverstar (19.99 each or 21.99)
The "oem" replacement by sylvannia is alittle dimmer but only cost like 7 bucks each. Its kinda a PITA to change the bulb seeing as you must remove the bumper (not so difficult) but just sounds like it takes awhile

yes, the y8 automatic is a straight bolt-on. The manual would require some modification.
I think the fog-light is an H3
the y8 manifold is a worthy upgrade. I've contemplated it many times.
