To sum it up I have an obd1 complete swap ready for my 96 dc4 coupe I wish I could keep it completely obd1 but it seems like converting everything to obd2 is my only option since obd1 to obd2 jumpers don't exist.... Is there a way to make an obd2 ecu some how plug in just to pass inspection??
