i have a b16a swap into my 99 civic ex.....i have had trouble with it ever since i got it....it will idle perfect when in neutral but when put into any gear it boggs down and or idles like crap only between 1500rpm and 2000rpm also when i let off the gas it will just slow down fast and shakes when at the rpms listed above. i dont know what it could be i have clean the IACV two times so that thing is spotless. please help with my problem...im open to all ideas.
