Default Please help me diagnose this frustrating Z6 engine stumble (video)

Full D16Z6 swap with wiring harness, ECU, everything.

Cannot for the life of me figure out this partial throttle engine stumble. It constantly throws code 14. Does not stumble under WOT.

This stumble is BEYOND annoying and makes the car hard to drive because it stumbles like this on partial throttle (i.e., take offs, between gears, etc.)

Has brand new OEM Honda IACV installed. We've (my brother and I ) been dealing with this for over a year now, and parked the car out of frustration months and months ago. Just now looking into it again.

Anybody have any tips/suggestions?

*edit for more info* We've replaced the ECU, replaced the entire intake manifold/throttle body/etc (as one unit) from a good running '93 EX with the same results. The intake manifold/throttle body/etc. from the '79 works just fine in the '93 and does NOT have the stumble when installed on the '93. Compression is in spec as well

Have you measured output voltages from the TPS at various throttle positions, especially where the problem is ocurring?

Yes, forgot to add that. That was the first thing we did, and installed a brand new TPS.

But remember, we swapped the complete intake manifold/throttle body/etc. to the '93 though, and never swapped back. The '79 has the "unit" that was originally in the '93 and vice versa. The '79 does the stumble with both "units", and neither "unit" stumbles in the '93.

Oh, we didn't give up. Just had other projects to work on (ls1 rx7 build, some Maxima stuff, etc.)

We kind of just parked it because we were so stumped. My brother loves this little car and we put a ton of effort into the swap so we're definitely not giving up. Just stumped!
