Default how to fit an b16a3 in to an 99 civic

ok i got a 99 hatch i want to put in a b16a3 from my wrencked del sol what do i need to make swab, would the motor fit with the same motor mount or do i need differen ones

You need different motor mounts for a B series into a Civic. And you are going to need different wiring aswell because 99 Civics are OBD2B while Del Sols are OBD1.
