Icon5 K&N rocks (as a company)

My FIPK2 got bent the hell up when my Si got stolen. K&N replaced the damaged parts free ("Z-bracket" that holds the heat shield got majorly twisted, couple other parts damaged or destroyed).

I sent an email asking if I could order the pieces separate, perfectly willing to pay, but they sent me the replacements free. Sweet company and I love the intake. (Filter on a stick... but with a heat shield).

Wow, did you tell them it happened because the car was stolen?

Yeah, my email was something to the effect of "In a theft attempt, parts A B C and D were damaged and I wanted to know if it would be possible to order them separately." They responded with "Give us your address and information." And I got them in the mail.

i have the same thing before. K&N is very good when it comes to customer service. they stand behind their product, and for good reason.

I called them up and they very easily gave me dyno numbers for any car I asked.

lol, well not like I asked for the whole intake or even the most expensive pieces (filter/tube/shield), just a few of the ancillary parts. Worst case scenario, they'll charge.
