my buddys motor blew up and we put a different one in it and it wont start. we changed all the old parts to the new motor and were not getting spark. sometimes it will but it will be faint. changed wires, got a diff dizzy, ground down all grounds.. what possibly could be going on?

 

Did you replace the cap, rotor, coil and ICM with the distributor or use the old ones? If you replaced them, were the new ones new in box? Test your grounds with a meter set to resistance. Make sure there is zero resistance between the valve cover and the battery negative post. Also, make sure your battery is charged.
