My GSR was stolen and put a LS motor in it for a period of time. Now I put my B16 that was in my EG figuring that it would be close to a plug and play... Here are my issues...
MAP sensor on the GSR and LS are on the Intake Mani/Throttle Body VS civic and B16 are on the firewall -- My thoughts are to take the one off the civic and find the wires come from the ECU are rewire the Integras on to the firewall... GOOD OR BAD?
No power -- I am missing the MAP sensor and the Knock sensor broke on install. One ordered up... Could this be part of the NO power? Also, I did a compression test and to me they came in low. 112 111 113 111 were my numbers.
GSR stock engine harness ought to be fine to use with the B16 Correct???
Horrible Gas mileage -- 223 to a tank -- Seems as though it is running rich!
Any help or direction would be great...

The problem is you put a B16 in your Integra. They have a good bit less power than an engine from the Integra. This is to help the thing move around. Not surprized your getting worse mileage. It's having to work harder to move the Integra around, thus using more fuel. Thse compression numbers are low as well, recheck them and make sure your doing it correctly....
Yes, having no MAP sensor would cause no power and terrible gas mileage. The ECU primarily uses the MAP sensor to determine how much fuel to spray. There's no rewiring needed for the MAP. It doesn't even really need to be mounted. You could connect the vacuum line and electrical connector, zip tie it to something and be on your way.
compression is low but oddly even. is there any chance you jumped a tooth on the timing belt? if one of the cams is off it can create this condition. it also could be a bad gauge. even cold 140-150psi is where a lot of the fairly normal high mile motors are.
as for other problems, yes you need those sensors and yes you also need the correct ecu for a b16
