Default Can anyone ID my LSD? pics included

Hey guys I recently disassembled my B16 tranny to replace the bellhousing and synchro sleeves but I noticed it had an LSD yay! But I'm having trouble figuring out whether its an OEM unit or after market. It doesn't look like a stock type r unit but also It doesn't look like an after market one either. Theres no markings on it other than a painted serial reading: L2103379. And this bitch is HEAVY!

Can anyone help me out? Wondering if this is a good or bad lsd Thanks in advance.

Thats what I figured because its not marked with anything other than that serial number. But Ive seen other stock lsd's they just don't look alike. Then again only one Ive seen in person was a type R. Would a b16 diff look different than say a GSR diff?

Now for my lack of knowledge in this area the viscous LSD is a clutch type diff correct? Is the R lsd viscous as well? My buddy with a 240sx says viscous lsd's suck, I feel that I did the job though when it was In my car other than some wheel hop (probably unrelated).

Will this lsd suffice for a 200hp setup? Thanks again for all the quick replies and help.
