is the alt belt for a del sol DOHC same as first gen b16
if you replace the stock jdm b16a belt with a del slo belt get the water pump too. the belt is set up for a 19 tooth water pump and i think the jdm pump has 22 teeth. i may have numbers wrong but i could not put the del slo belt on with the stock pump, i did some research on the pump and the 22 pump is the gsr pump so i guess you could use the gsr belt with the 22 pump and just get a new pump gasket? i did not take notes when i did this so my info may be a little off but i just want you to know that you need a pump too.
djay86 , go to Acura and get a alternator belt for a 92-93 GS-R. Nearly every part for the B16A1 matches with the B17A1 found in the 92-93 Integra GS-R.
revhardracing , the water pump tooth count has nothing to do with the alternator belt. And the VTEC pump is a 22 tooth gear.

Just some info.. (honda part numbers)
alt belt = 31110-PR3-003 from 94 del sol
When I replaced my 1st gen b16 water pump with a del sol one it was exactly the same
Part number = 19200-P30-003 94 del sol / 92 gsr (same part #)
Whatever water pump you gey, always make sure you get the timing belt from that car also.

hth,
Del So alt belt is too big. Most likely even if you did bash the frame rail the pully will still rub. I made a post about this on the CRX-perf.org site. Heres the link to the thread. http://crx.honda-perf.org/forum/messages/72630.shtml HTH
