2 plugs hanging under dash. leave them or no?

Default 2 plugs hanging under dash. leave them or no?
I went to reset my srs today on 03 rsx and when I took off the fuse cover, I saw the srs plug hanging and a brown one hanging. Should I leave them hanging or do they need to be connected?

leave em because they don't correspond to each other anyways.

yea I know they dont respond to each other. but I dont think they should be hanging like that. atleast have a spot to click in. btw you know what the brown plug is?

brown is for fogs and yellow is to test the srs system.
