Default H22 swap EG in limp mode.

My car all the sudden went into limp mode. Had the motor built, turbo system put on, but had stock injectors for about 10 miles. Had an old cast 6165, car rev'd and drove fine. I never got on it, but it would rev well past 3k. I took it to 5-6k in neutral a few times, but never beat on it on the highway. Just drove around the block, let idle for about 30 minutes to watch for leaks, etc.

Then here is what i changed.

-Swapped turbo to a 6262 billet
-Went to -3an rather then -4an
-FIC 1050s (DSM injectors) Yes i have a resistor box.
-Relocated battery to the rear.
-Added an oil pressure and a boost gauge.
-Added Neptune RTP Demon to my already socketed P28

BAM, limp mode.

Heres what ive figured out so far.

-Neptune reads IAC and ECT are maxed at 250F
-Neptune shows no DTCs (CEL doesnt work in my cluster for some reason)
-Straight wired BOTH the IAC and ECT to the ECU, still nothing.
-It leaks a little oil but nothing that i would think would cause this, oil pressure still reads fine (40-50 at idle if i remember correctly, pegs gauge under full throttle)
-Added a few grounds, still nothing.
-Grounded battery several different places, nothing
-Took engine harness out, checked all wiring, no breaks. Shouldnt matter tho since they are NOW just wired straight to the ecu.
-Checked to make sure all sensors are plugged in right.
-Replaced the ECT fan switch (one beside sensor not one on thermo housing, i was mistaken and thought that was the sending unit, thats why i replaced it)
-Neptune WILL NOT datalog, which means its in limp mode.
-Car has spark, fuel, etc. Wideband under idle reads 14.5-14.9, but sometimes drops to low 13's and wants to die, rev it up, back to 14.5 for about 15 seconds, then back to low 13's. Dies sometimes, mostly doesnt.

**** my life, i have no idea what else to do. My last idea is that the ECU has fried, even tho i have a resistor box.

Any ideas or ANYTHING TO TRY THAT MIGHT HELP, even if it could only be a 1% chance it could fix it, ill try it.

Thanks.

i had the same problem in my first civic turbo, and it was the map on the throttle body sensor. i don't know what to tell you in your case.
