I'm not getting fuel on cylinder number 1. I have tried different injectors in its place. I ran a different signal wire from the ECU. I've tried a different ECU. I've tried a different running a new constant 12v. I just can't get #1 to fire. I have spark and good compression. This all cam about when I put my stock injectors back in and had to solder my stock my OBD2b plugs back on. Everything is wired correctly. Would a bad ICM have anything to do with it? I loaned my meter to a friend who is out of town so I can't get it.
I just need so ideas of what to try. I know the injector isn't clicking like the others when I turn the dizzy by hand.

You have to have a broken circuit on injector 1 somewhere. You could check them with a noid light but if you're sure it's not getting signal then check the resistance of the #1 injector wires between its connector and the correct ECU pin.

Ya I just couldn't figure it out. It replaced the ECU pin for injector 1 and ran the new wire. That fixed it.
