2005 es2 70K Service Price quotes
Cleo Bay Honda quoted me $250 + cost of whatever filters need to be replaced for a 70K mile service.
is this a good deal?

Save the $250 and just do the maintenance yourself. Everything you need to do between 60-80k is easy.
