Here is the contents of Tein SS, from their site, should be all you need.

Contents of Damper Kit:
Adjustable Shock Absorber × 4 Bump Rubber × 4
Main Spring × 4 Hook Spanner × 2
Some applications include helper springs Dust Cover × 4
Seat Lock × 12 Instruction Manual × 1
Sticker Sheet × 1

Other kits, even other manufacturers may be similar, check their sites. You may need to replace upper control arms, but that is separate.

Price is variable, check around. I am not touching the "better" as there many threads on that. I am fairly sure that you will get Koni and GC as most recommended. I gave you the Tein info because that is what you asked for, I just posted off their site. Spring rates are also a subject of many threads on this and other sites, not worth a rehash. Most installs are similar, and you can do them yourself, assuming tools and some experience.

well i have the tools to do it myself and am mechanically inclined, its just my oems r done and i need replacing, i dont wanna go into konis or gc's cause thats like over a grand, im basically looking for reliable street setup that will last for cheaper, no serious slamming will be an issue here.
