Default changing aux port to usb possible?

i'm thinking of changing the radio on my 08 civic cpe to either a gps or dvd player. seems like most of these units have rear usb input. i don't want cable running out the glove copartment or whatnot. so i was thinking of removing the aux port and replacing it with a usb port. i don't want the usb port to be hanging out, so wanna see if there's anyway to have the usb port flush to the dash where the aux is now sitting (below the lighter socket). i don't really care for a cover on the usb (like it is now for the aux), but it would be nice if possible. is this even possible to have a shop remove the aux and replace with a usb that is mounted and not hanging there?

You would probably want something like a "panel mount" or "chassis mount" USB plug to make mount easier.
