Koni Customer Service?
I purchased a set of Koni Yellow dampers from Tirerack and it turns out Koni screwed things up big time! They sent me two dampers that were waaaaay too large to fit the civic (but have the civic part number stickers on them). Upon closer inspection of the box, the box had the civic part number written by hand and underneith it was the part number for IS300 dampers.
Has anyone ever had experience w/ Koni customer service? I've called them a ton of times now and all i get is an answering machine. I've also called tirerack but they claim that I have to deal directly w/ Koni.
Here's the Koni damper and here's what my stock civic one looks like:

btw, what's with the wussy little shock absorber? could honda have cheaped out any more than this?
