anyone have pictures of a car with this lip on it? or actually have one them selves, alternative to the volvo lip? i mean it is cheap and i am considering ordering it for my car tomorrow.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that's not a lip. I think its the guard thingy under the bumper. But that's me guessing since there is no OEM USDM lip that I know of for sure.

 

the site says that it is a "spoiler" witch usually implies that it is a lip.

 

its a rubber spoiler/lip...not an actual lip

 

so like the old EJ "lip" you could get for the EX trim level right? cause that is all i am looking for, an alternative to the volvo one.

 

idk, never owned an ej...its just a piece of rubber...why not go ask a dealership what it is? picture is kind of vague as to what it could be but that's my guess

 

you wont be able to see that thing and you probably already have it on your bumper

 

i dont have it on my bumper... but looking at the bottom of the bumper it looks like one of the kind of "spoilers" that are set back behind the edge of the bumper.

 

i can garauntee you its not a lip if thats what you want it for

 

It is a little rubber thing. I had one on my car. Pulled it off. Not sure the purpose, but it is in no way a lip.

 

yeah, thats what i was trying to get at in my last post.

 

it sits to far back to be seen and your better bet would be to go and get garage door gasket and do the Home Depot Lip. It will be cheaper than the one your looking at and can be put closer to the front of your bumper.

 

Mine keeps falling off. I plan on ripping it off when I mount my new lip on. It's just a splash gaurd

 

i have the home depot lip..its cheap and looks clean..

Had that on my ep when I first bought it.Not a lip.The only oem lip you can get for the ep is the HFP.
