Both seats are fs/ft
LS seats, no tears of burns, have in my eg now, bolt up 100%, fresh.

Late 80's, Early 90's prelude seats. I had these in my civic, both front bolts line up and bolt in, rears dont. Seats DONT rock or bounce when driving.
They also have a **** on the driver seat to adjust the bolster and how tight it holds against your ribs for when you drive aggressive. Really cool feature, for comfort and practicality.
Fresh seats, pealed off "prelude" from the headrest so it doesnt look as wierd in the car. No major burns or tears at all, Overall very clean seats, especially for the age!
