As I said, I am in the middle of an LS swap and have reached a point where I am not sure about a few connectors. My EG is a 95 and was a D series with a 5 speed. The LS is from a 94 Integra with an Auto Transmission. I am now using a GSR Transmission with it. I have a couple of questions maybe you guys could help me with... I have some plugs that Im just not finding where they plug into.

First is this one on the Passenger side strut tower connectors. The other 3 plugged in but this one has no place to go.




Next is down behind the starter at the back of the engine...



No idea...



Front side of starter next to the connector that I believe goes to the Reverse light switch? in the transmission?
I have no clue about this one either...




And last, On the back side of the engine, below the intake, right about the center of the engine...





I think this may be for the O2 sensor that will be below it when I put the exhaust on. The "D" one had the O2 sensor in the front and it had only 1 wire to it. this one has 4. Is that going to be a problem?

I also have the same car, with the same swap and the same wiring issues. I've got a '94 with a '95 b18 but I'm running the stock d16 vtec harness and there are a few plugs that don't really go to anything. I also cant find the plug for the map sensor on the stock harness, nor where the map sensor is, if its on the TB or the intake.

 

The car will run fine without those plugs connected. Those plugs are for the automatic transmission by the way. Check to see if you have reverse light when in put the car in reverse gear. If so, then you're good to go.
