Default good deal for itbs?

sup fellas, so there's a guy selling a twm 45mm itb setup with rc 550cc injectors for 800 bucks which in my opinion is hella cheap...i have a type r and wanna keep it na but dnt really wanna mess with it internally. so my question is will the stock type r 11.1 compression be enough to run these bad boys? other mods are hondata s200,aem cai, shitty 2 1/4 piping with a 2 1/2 qtp cutout after header..gracias

For 800 dollars you'll see better gains by sending the head in for some port work and valvejob.

yea your good...a type r engine is the biggest you can run on 45mm itbs...expect better throttle response and mid range...your top end isnt gonna change much...remenber your gonna need an ecu to tune them... so thats more money..but they will make your engine bay look cleaner...its really more for bling at that level...

He's probably selling them since he spent hundreds in 'tuning' time to get it to be drivable..

well, i made my own setup for considerably cheaper but not everyone works in a machine shop and has a tig welder.
so i say if you can afford to drop the cash then DO IT. you will be pleased with the results.
