obd1 "turbo tuned" ecu

car ran mint before i put all my turbo stuff on it, there was no check engine light no problems with any sensors or anything.

so i put my turbo and all the other goodies on it, i go to start and the car is in limp mode. wont rev fast 3500 rpm. its a 96 so obd2, so theres 2 o2 sensors. i put my new exhaust line in and it only have 1 o2 sensor. this wont put it in limp mode will it? check engine is on with stock ecu as o2 as the code... but i have another ecu that is tuned for more fuel/gas with this ecu no CEL at all(2nd o2 delete).
i disconnected the dizzy when i primed the turbo, then reconected it...i cant see anything wrong with that or the dizzy itself. i pulled the ecu fuse to a few mins then put it back..nothing

no other sensors were touched??? how else can it go into limp mode...better yet how do i get it out.

-with my turbo tuned ecu there are no codes ( o2 has been deleted)
- with my stock ecu there is CEL, my guess is secondary o2 (since its not plugged, cuz i have none) but i will check the code(s) tomaro.

 

we can throw darts, having the code is a great start.

 

Remove/cut J1 above the chip to set the ECU back to stock. If it revs past 3k, either your program or chipping job is the problem

 

Is the code for the primary o2?

 

fixed..rookie mistake . pushed the pipe too far into my airfilter and blocked off flow. delete thread for me being retarded
