finally learned i need an alignment/ but is it bad to get with different tires ?
so my front tires have been wearing down insanely fast..i need a new set every 6 months.
so i just blew a tire cuz the wires were showing on the inside of the fronts..
im pretty low all around tucking up front and tucking half an inch in the back but the back has been fine.
im about to do a rear disc brake conversion in the back..then get my front tires and get an alignment..
but i've read how everyone gets their tires rotated to keep the alignment good..
but since i have different tires in the back for a while becaue they still have tons of tread left..i havent rotated them to the front because i dont want them wearing down extremely fast..but is it a bad idea to get it aligned with different tires in the back than front? theyre the same size just the back's are obviously gonna be worn down a little bit compared to the brand new tires.

Ideally you want new tires. But its not a big deal. Its far more important to get that front toe set to zero.
okay sounds good. thanks!
but do you think i should still rotate the tires after the alignment? or should i just switch sides on the back...and the front ones ?

the tires you're on will effect the alignment. i have my car aligned when i put on snow tires and when i switch back to summer tires. the toe really does change and no i can't explain how lol.
depends on how worn ur rear tires are and how there worn . if there wearing out uneven and u rotate them to the front it will change ur toe and camber just a bit if there wearing out even dont worry .
get all new 4. dont worry about alignment ahah. either way if you have different tread at 60 youll get vibration. when i had diff tires i put the odd ***** in the rear and same in front.
