hey all, can anyone tell me what it will cost approx. to convert my 91 civic 4dr to manual? Also, do they have to do any major surgery on your car to get the different set of pedals in?

It can and has been done. It's a lot of work and even the ECU should be changed over as well. Unless the body is in Excellent shape, you're probably better off in the long run to sell your car and buy one with a manual trans.
