Coilover/Suspension
i looked and couldnt find exactly the answer i was looking for. i was wondering what suspension off what models/years are compatible to be swapped? i own a 98 accord sedanand i know that for the most part all years 98-02 sedans fit eachother but what about coupes and/or the acura equivalents?
thank you
thank you
The TL is most likely compatible for the sedan and CL is most likely comptible with the coupe. And no other Honda equivalent.
Your issue is going to be spring rates however. While the suspension may swap over fine another vehicle's spring rates are probably different.
Your best bet is to go to each manufacturer and see what their application list is - and no one is going to do that one for you. Just go to Koni's site, go to Ground Control's site, Tein's site, etc and look at the part numbers.
Honestly I wouldn't buy used suspension regardless - you really don't know what its status is.

Ehhhh, I wouldn't say universal. The 4cyl and V6 are probably different (V6 being stiffer) but I believe the general design between coupe/sedan is the same. Same deal as above, you could just go to like Koni's site and see if the application list for coupe/sedan is the same product
