2002 Honda CRV - Rear end leak?

2002 Honda CRV - Rear end leak?
Make a long story short, I looked on my driveway and there appear's to be a leak coming from the rear of my CRV. I've looked at the dif and it look's dry. It maybe look's like oil is coming from the evap or gas tank? it is definetly oil of some kind anyone have any idea's?
Background: Car run's great beside's idle staying high and surging higher and settling to normal after it's at operating temp, no CEL's, gas mileage is pretty crappy 20L I get maybe 180km mixed?
