Default Need some help on putting the SI Bracket on b18c1

Hey guys, Well today i just got my SI Bracket today and i started to switch brackets from the gsr. And i got both bolts off the gsr bracket and now i have one more. The bottom one which is being covered by the plastic covering. And i dont know how to get that off. I took off all the screws that screwed in the plastic covering and now i cant pull it off but i can feel it wiggle a bit. It seems like it leads to going under Pully for the crank. Help please?

Thanks!
