Alright, just recently i done a swap for a friend of mine in his 94 prelude, it was a h23 car and everything was stock. He purchased a h22 from a local importer. Everything is in the vehicle with no CEL's.. Forsome reason when vtec (TRYS) to engage it bogs down real bad and the car doesn't feel like it has any power. I have checked ignition timing, cam timing, fuel, fire, compression, etc and still no luck. if anyone has any thought just post it up!
