I just wanted to know what peoples opinion on their favorite all motor race car? Since there are allot of discussions going around about weight, motor, and chassis vote for your personal favorite and why? Feel free to add on to the list.

 

i would have to vote for matrix racings sohc crx.... only single cam in the 10's... but the Skunk2 integ and ERE's civic is also a top choice due to the fact that they are using b series motors in coupes and running 10's... just my .02

I would have to go with Norris Prayoonto's Type-R Racing Integra (10.35@130)

 

skunk2 is old school,, but he still gets my vote. I give props to the old school boys...

i wonder what car will break into the 9s first. hehehehe

 

When did norris actually break 10's? I know he just set the record but last I saw, his best passes were low 11's. But i havent been to the track much this season. How many 10 sec passes has he made?
I vote for Fred Ellis just because he's one of the coolest guy's I have had the pleasure hanging out with, and Larry Herring. But you guys probably dont know them.

Norris has had a lot of 10 second passes. I know both Fred and Larry they are good guys. And Norris ran 10.37 and a 10.35 at Battle it was no fluke.

Its still not easy to run tens. But I know what you mean. Its crazy how the scene evolves so fast, I remember when turbo cars running 11's were the ****.

 

times are getting faster and faster... i remember a low 12 sec. car can make in the quick 8 all motor class.. the last event i went was a qualifying time of 11.3... seems like more and more cars are getting in the 10's.. 11's is possibe on the streets... gotta give props to norris for breaking the record.. i never seen that coming.. i always thought it was gonna be between lookofsky and aguilar.. as for skunk2... they are still competitive... wait til they come out with their na rsx with a k20...as for the old school ...can't forget pyr, dpr, gude, and jg battles!..

 

Jeremy likes to build the cars. Hillier is an amazing driver. Its just like Skunk, Tony doesn't own the car he just drives it. It's just the way it is, there is an owner and a driver. If I paid for a car though I would drive the damn thing down the track. He has driven the cars before tho. His CRX is for sale

 

i always thought the same thing about driving/owning cars. Its funny though. very different when you are in the position. It can get to a point that you dont really care whos name gets on TV as long as the car you are a part of runs well. When chuck took 3rd at atco a few weeks ago i was just as happy as he was. His car. He driving. His name on the standings. His prize money. But i was just as happy as he was. Kinda hard to explain til ya been there.

props always go to norris was personally at MIR to see his 1st 130 run and it was sick!! he wasn't even pushing it. He was so super stoked, norris i know you guys will kick some *** for the rest of this season just hope i can show the rest of my project when i come back from college. BTW it's doug with the white turbo LS

So his ride height was tripping the lights? Where did u get this info from because I've never heard of it, PYR now resides here in Houston. Any one know them personally?

 

my vote is for the skunk 2 car.....but i'll give Norris his props 10.3 thats one heck of a time for a 4 cylinder all motor..I know we would like to run him but we got a V8 wouldn't be fair>>>...

I was a big fan of Lip's car. I wanted to see it run 11s. If he got it tuned right before he sold it it would have. Such a sweet car. A pseudo daily driver. Anyone else ever see it in person?
