i have a 95 ej1 b16a2 but it wont start till my check engine light turns off...when i turn the key sometimes i can hear something like loading and the shuts off and my check engine light turns off also and starts right up....i couldnt get it to load or wtv that thing is so my check engine light on and my car dont start till the light turns off so it kept trying to crank it but only drianed my battery. =[ i need help plz.


also i have a ecu has no sticker code to say p28 but i has tagging that says p28
