Stuck window!!

i have a 95 ex .. is it just me or do you guys have the sticking window problem? it goes half way up sometimes and gets stuck or sometimes it takes forever to go up.. anyone have any fixes?

spray armour all or meguiars rubber and vinyl spray in the tracks

be plentiful!
