can a bad brake booster cause low idle...im asking is this becuase my car idle very low doesnt stall or idle hunt but idle low..i seen when i press on my brake then let them go the idle goes to normal but the slowy drops down can...or can the check valve be bad?

car is a 2000 em1 with a jdm b18c gsr?
