Default My JDM DC2

Hey guys,

Name's AJ, I'm from the Cayman Islands and I bought a Honda Integra Type R off of one of my friends back in January... I think he's actually posted the car on this forum somewhere before...

Anyways, reason for purchasing was, I'm a previous Evo III owner, sold it to get an Evo IX, turned out couldn't get insurance on an Evo ever again until I'm 25, so I got f**ked lol... So I just went and bought the Type R.

Mods are as follows:

-Port+Polished GSR Head
-Skunk 2 Valvetrain: Springs, Retainers, Flat Top Valves
-Skunk 2 Tuner 2 Cams (Looking to upgrade to PRO 1s)
-KiDD Racing 4-1 Narrow Race Header
-2.5" Blox Test Pipe
-2.5" Top Fuel Exhaust System
-Edelbrock Performer X Intake Manifold
-68mm Throttle Body
-3" Intake Pipe
-AEM Fuel Rail
-RC 370CC Injectors
-Innovative Engine Mounts
-Competition Stage 4 Clutch Kit, Competition 9lb Aluminum Flywheel
-Omni Power Clutch Master Cylinder
-Cusco (I think) fender braces
-ETD Traction Bars
-Hondata S300
-AEM Wideband
-MFactory Stage 1 Axles
-MFactory Shifter Bushings

The bottom end is still stock, I'm looking to build my stock ITR block with some higher compression pistons

Car also has DC5 recaros.

Well I guess you probably wanna see pics also so here ya go!!

Thanks guys,

It's actually a 1997 and to my knowledge they come with ABS.

As for the stickers, that's how the car from Japan, without any. They are expensive also. :O

I'm also open to any suggestions you guys might have, planning to stay N/A, I'm kinda new to this Honda thing.

Maybe YOU bought it from someone who took the stickers off, but ALL ITR's come off the assembly line with the ITR stickers. Put them on and for you

96-97 in japan had 4 lug, all USDM ITRs had 5 lug, and the 1999 had 6 lug.

Yes, they have the same 6-bolt mounting pattern as DC2 Recaros (SRDs) and Speeds. Just use OEM DC2R Recaro rails or aftermarket equivalents. I put DC5 Recaros in my old 92 hatch using OEM rails.

Yeh man I know, I just wanted to make it clear I never took them off. I just haven't bought them yet because they're kinda pricey
