Default Could the horn be fixed?

I did a quick search, but didn't get any relevant results. I switched the horn on my Civic from one from an Accord and I guess it got water in it from when I washed the car. The horn sounds horribly weak, but I was just wondering before I actually bother to change it, can the horn still be fixed even if it got water in it or am I SOL and have to get a new one?

I would check the wiring at the horn. A weak connection (ground is likely) may be the cause.

Nah, it's water damage. I just got done replacing it with a new horn and when I took out the old one, there was water coming out of it, lol. I was just curious if the damaged one could be salvaged/repaired.
