Does Gear Shifter Have Light? Please..

99 Accord EX V6 4-DR

Could you please tell me if my car, the gear shifter has light? If it does, and the bulb blown, how to replace? The picture I took at dark with the headlight on.

It has a back-light that should come on when the headlights are turned on.
