D series Itbs individual throttle bodies


Whats included
3" dellorto Stacks, full chrome.
Cbr 600rr Throttle bodies mated to d16z6 intake manifold
Homemade aluminum vacuum box , obd1 map sensor mounts ontop , eacv mounts on side etc.
CBr throttle position sensor ready to wire ( 3 wires)

D16z6 intake manifold was machined for a true flat surface, the pipes were welded and machined for a perfect flat surface on all 4.
The velocity stacks are chrome and brand new, custom mounted.
injectors mounted on existing d16z6 manifold for low to midrange response.
Manifold was Media blasted and powder coated aluminum silver, same with the throttle bodies.

Just like a normal throttle body, theres a spring activated mechanism, that the end of your cable attaches to, and it works like your original one, you just have to be careful with any kinks in the cable.

That looks sic nice work man. Whoever buys this post vid's would like to hear how that bad boy sounds. What injectors,Air cleaners,etc would you run with set up like that? j/w

As for injectors, it depends how you prefer to tune them, you can maintain stock injectors and throw in an aggressive camshaft and get a tune and call it a day.
I was going to install them on the weekend and post a video of them running on my d15b vtec for credibility proof that they work, but then they would be USED and probably get scratched.
