to start i have a 91 crx si with a jdm D15B. so when im driving my car it sputters really bad like it feels like i have 40 HP when it does this. i know my 3 ring seal is bad and i was going to get a rebuild kit. would this fix my problem??

 

whats your oil pressure reading? i had this problem once and i had reallllly low oil pressure, so i replaced all the seals/rings/ect and its been fine ever since

 

IDK but i was going to get the engine rebuild kit.
