B20B del sol build need suggestions
i recently bought a '95 del sol i plan to drop my b20b block in. I'd like to run an all motor set up, relatively basic, not too expensive but with some power and reliable. i've got a gsr head to go with it, stock as well. Any suggestions on how i could not get too crazy but have a decently built motor. I'm ordering forged internals i'd like ideas on compression ratios. When would a sleeved block be necessary? any suggestions appreciated. will post pics on build soon.
I hope your getting the one with a p8r head...
If you got a vtec girdle...throw it in there as well ftw.
A sleeved block being necessary? <- Never for N/A set ups unless you 'need' bigger pistons than the stock bore. Or you stroke the **** outta your block with a giant crank and fail to buy an aftermarket damper to compensate.
In an n/a set up you'll never reach the hp to need a sleeved block; sleeves are generally 'necessary' for forced induction and n0z set ups.
