ITR head light conversion question - flimsy front
I bought my conversion off a front clip from HMO and a local member performed the conversion. However, the front end (grill area) feels really flimsy. I checked the ITR headlights tonight and notice they were missing some bolts on the lower half (shown here in light blue).
There doesn't seem to be a bracket where these missing bolts can be bolted to. The left and right headlight seems to be holding itself up by just the top tabs (show in red).

note: not my actual lights
Am I missing a bracket of some sort or something else? To my knowledge, the conversion came with everything I needed. I'm going to be contacting my installer as well, but wanted some feedback.

Not that I want to knock anyones work, but your installer didn't install it right. The body of a car should never be flimsy, and could even be cause for inspection failure if you go to a picky inspector.
Not sure exactly what he did but there are suppose to be two lower brackets that you have to change cause they are too short on the USDM front.
You might also want to have a closer look and see if he took the time to put in the rad support. I've seen guys try and skip it and just drill holes for the new lights/bumper and the result was....flimsy lights and grill.
Bottom line is if you paid the guy, he should do it right.

Will updated when it happens. Hopefully, I'll remember to take some photos of it as well.
