ALWAYS buy from an authorized dealer. It is the only way to ensure you get the after-the-sale support and warranty you expect.

I'll keep giving you links to report. I'd hate to see someone get screwed plus you guys lose business and revenue.

They may not be a PM fan on H-T. Try giving them a e-mail or a call.

Maybe you're just a dick?
I pm him, asking things NICELY and I get replies. Or maybe he's just too busy to answer an in-depth question at the moment?

I dont have the sellers name but i can probably find it again

i got the product off a well know manifold maker with my turbo kit, upon arrival the threads for the gate werent all the way threw and that fact wasnt known till after i threaded the bolt in and when removing the bolt when it became difficult to thread out, ended up breaking the cheap bolts included with the gate off and i pm'd a picture of it and asked if they could help me or if i needed to contact the person i got the kit off of (even though the gate was brand new). couldnt even get a simply response of eat **** or anything.

before anyone asks yes i contacted the manifold maker which told me to try to contact the gate manufacturer first and to keep him updated, attempted to contact them via telephone after pm went unanwsered and got transfered 2 or 3 times before i got a voicemail box which also went unanwsered, manifold maker went above and beyond IMO and offered to send another gate out along with a shipping label for the bad one. i declined and drilled out the old cheap bolt and replaced with a grade 8 one just because i didnt feel it was fair for him to have to eat the shipping on a subpar unit..

in the end of my long rant the product is great and has worked flawless after i replaced the cheap bolts, just the customer service i recieved after the sale was less then steller IMO

that is the EXACT reason why you should buy from an authorized dealer. if you have any issues you should work it out with the dealer and they will work it out with the manufacturer and worst case scenario if you arent happy you can return the item. your supplier did what he was supposed to, offered to send you a new product and send a ticket to send yours back and he would then take it up with the manufacturer that is how it works.
