Default Help with F20A

Hello all. new to the forum.
I have a 1991 Accord with an F20A engine in it that was given to me cause the guy who owned it thought that the timing belt went south. Turns out timing belt is fine and it's just not getting any spark. All fuses and main relay are okay. all electrical items work and motor turns over. I am thinking that the ignitor went bad and would rather just get a whole new distributor for it but parts seem hard to find.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Default Re: Help with F20A

Just had that issue in my 93 lude f20a sohc motor. First thing i did was replace the ignition wires and distributor cap. If stilll there is no spark then your ignitor went bad. I found a distributor for a, f22b motor and the wiring was a bit different in that the top cable that goes into a power relay is actually this tube/spring thing and is internal. Everything fits just fine and when i cranked it up, she sounded wonderful. As for that power relay the the top line plugged into...i just have it disconnected and just...there...car works great. hope this helped.
