Hello everyone...i am in the process of building my first boosted motor. I am unsure of what internals to use. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. Anything from pistons to rods to head studs head gaskets ect ect. Thanks for the ideas

 

arp head bolts, new oem gasket and thats it.. unless you wanna boost over 350+.. but i think 250-300 is sufficient for whatever you tryna do

 

i plan on going over 350..im wanting to 8 to 1 compression..i just not sure which brands are reliable

 

Go to the Forced Induction forum before doing anything. You may want to do a little more research before building anything...nobody runs lower than 9:1 anymore. You may want to simply list your goals and let others give you suggestions.

 

JE pistons and eagle rods with arp bearings in the bottom end. arp head studs and just do a set of after market springs and retainers in the head. And use all brand new gaskets.
