Default rattle cans into spray gun paint??

hello everyone i bought a air gun with compressor and all, i was wondering if i could take the rattle cans, empty the entire bottle into a can/cup or what ever and throw it into the spray gun?

would i have to mix it with thinner or is this even suggested at all?
thanks for any advice

No. buy real paint. it's cheaper than buying many rattle cans, it's much more durable and actually looks good. you've already spent the money on a compressor and a gun, why attempt to use incorrect materials? real automotive paint is the ONLY way to go, don't let anyone tell you that rustoleum is an alternative. it's not. it's just ghetto.
