Golden eagle vs elderbrock vic X intake

I have a vic X on my lsvtec turbo and I've been noticing that right around 6 6.5k rpms the car will pick up in power? I seen the intake performance range is 7-10k could that be the cause?

What's vtec set at? It could be your IAB switch point

lol true. I read his question quickly, just thought of the power gain around 6k and spit out my guess. Nevermind!

Vtec is set at 4800 high and low and I can feel vtec and hear it and it moves really good I just been wondering why it might pull alittle harder at that rpm instead of pulling all the way through
