Icon2 94 civic coupe - rev limited, no power, CEL but can't pull code

i have a 94 civic coupe with a d15 and auto trans. when i try to rev it or drive it, sounds like it has a rev limiter but lacks power while trying to drive. has no CEL but come on after the for mention problem but ECU says nothing its like it clears the codes ever time but ECU is good. the ECU, Fuel pump, Main Relay,Fuel Injectors,FPR,Coil,Plug wires,Firing order,etc so whats my problem will post vid link to youtube tomorrow of the problem. thank for any help and proud to be a member of honda tech!!!

Read the CEL sticky at the top for this tip:

Tip: In some cases, for 5th generation Civics (92-95), but NOT 6th generation Civics (96-00), the CEL may turn on while driving, but if the engine is turned off, the CEL and CEL code will be lost. The workaround to allow recovery of the code when this happens is to safely pull to the side of the road and leave the engine running while you jump the service connector.

Sorry RodJ@HT i get very little time to use my friends laptop to get on here due to my laptop haven't arrived yet. will try to do better next post. I have tried the codes while driving but CEL stays solid, so dose that mean that the ECU is bad Because i know when you check codes if its solid and dont blink it's the ECU. the ECU that came with the car was bad but could have something have killed this last one ( with no fuses blown ) or did it just crap out ( got it from pull-a-part )?
